Hype is a funny thing. Usually when I hear everywhere "Dude this shit is π₯" or even the dreaded and oft-used "AOTY!!" bullshit, I roll my eyes. And I rolled my eyes last year on the hype train for Carnosus. But again, for every thousandth breathless fanboy review I've seen, sometimes the album exceeds the expectation. So I will confidently tell you that, yes, "This shit is π₯" as I wait for Willowtip to release that sweet Green Ghostly vinyl variant domestically π€£ Finally a win for my wallet!
